We will provide a smattering of snacks, pastries, and coffee. For meals we encourage you to either bring your own sack-lunch to enjoy at the church building, or simply enjoy one of the many great local food spots in the West Seattle-Burien area!

Whether you are extremly familiar with the 1689 confession or if you have no idea what it is, this conference is for you. Our hope is that through our teaching we will show that the truths expressed in the confession are warm, life-giving, and exceedingly helpful in the Chrisitian life.

We also encourage brothers and sisters who hold to different confessions to attend! Although our confessions may diverge slightly in certain areas, we substantially agree in all other matters and hope to cultivate unity around those vital truths we confess together.

Although the teaching and preaching will in large part be more suited for adult and older-teenage listeners, we genuinely encourage entire families to join us! We believe the word is able to produce fruit in all who hear it, and we further believe the confession is ripe to help teach children and adults of all ages.

We are aiming to make this conference affordable for anyone who might desire to join us. So, the standard cost is $75 per person, with spouses enjoying a discounted price of only $30. Children aged 18 or younger are free to attend.

The Second London Baptist Confession of Faith, or commonly knonw as the 1689 Baptist Confession, is a holistic document which expounds essential and vital doctrines of the Christian faith. It has its history rooted in the Reformation and has as its ‘parent document’ the Westminster Confession of Faith (WCF) and the Savoy Declaration.
